Featuring fresh regional products, Chef Cheri Walker also incorporates flavors and techniques culled from the cuisines of Asia, the Mediterranean, New Orleans and the Southwest. The dining room seats just forty-eight and is decorated with the art of local artists, like Eric Wiegardt and Noel Thomas as well as a few Chef Cheri’s own watercolors.
